Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A term entered into a search box is sent to the provider that operates that box. Clarke County Court Docket does not maintain an independent database of those query terms or court-record results. The provider’s own policy governs its processing of a submitted query.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message and contact details may be retained to respond or maintain a record of the communication. They are not sold as a mailing list. Disclosure may occur when a valid legal requirement applies.
Data We Gather Automatically
Like most web services, hosting and analytics systems can receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver and measure a visit.
- IP address and approximate technical network data
- Browser, device type, and operating-system details
- Pages requested, referring source, and approximate visit duration
- Date, time, and diagnostic information associated with page delivery
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies or similar tools may help measure traffic, site performance, and advertising delivery. Browser settings can limit cookies, though some features may then work differently. Analytics reports are intended to show general use patterns rather than create a court-record file about a visitor.
What We Do With This Data
Technical and voluntary information may be used to maintain the service, respond to messages, route a search request to its provider, measure performance, diagnose faults, and support advertising. It is not used to create consumer reports or official court records.
No Court-Record Data on File
Clarke County Court Docket does not host, compile, sell, or maintain a database of Clarke County dockets or personal case files. The pages identify the clerk, court, and public access route that may hold a record. Mississippi Electronic Courts, the Circuit Clerk, the Chancery Clerk, Justice Court, municipal clerks, and other official custodians control their own records and access rules.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside providers operate the search boxes that may appear on content pages. Their data collection, retention, security, prices, and disclosure practices are their own. Review the provider’s privacy information before submitting a name, case number, or any other search input.
Links to Other Websites
Links to county offices, MEC, Mississippi agencies, and other resources leave this service. The privacy practice of the destination controls after a visitor follows an external link. Advertising or analytics providers may also use technology on their own systems to measure or tailor delivery.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold by this service. Information may be processed by a hosting provider, a search provider selected by the visitor, analytics or advertising vendors, or a government body when a valid legal demand requires disclosure.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under this service’s control. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should avoid submitting sensitive personal information through a general web form when an official court or clerk procedure is required.
Users Under 18
This resource is not directed to children. It does not knowingly seek personal information from a person under 18. If a guardian believes such information was provided, a request for its removal may be sent through the ordinary contact channel.
Your Data Rights
A visitor may ask about personal information held in a direct communication, request correction, request deletion where retention is not required, or object to certain processing. Court records have a different framework. Mississippi Code §§25-61-5, 25-61-7, and 25-61-13 are part of the Mississippi Public Records Act, while judicial records also follow the Mississippi Judiciary public-record policy and court rules. Those rules do not convert this private site into a court-record custodian.
